By the Horns - Charcuterie featuring Olympia provisions chorizo/Sleeping Beauty/figs/house made crackers
Tusc - Mini brioche βpizzaβ with herbed ricotta and topped with caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, Mama Lil's peppers, and arugula
Dessert = Choice of Pour and either chocolate or carrot mini cake
